David Jones has a large family. To support his family he balanced two jobs, including valued service in the in the military. In speaking with us, he hoped to simplify his life, save time and improve his ability to provide for his family.
After our proposal and discussions with David, we felt that our Clinic Experience Management Services could help. We proposed a combination of therapist development, client experience management programs and marketing strategies. Our main goal was to free up more of his time to spend with clients and less time on administrative work. At the proposal phase, David served 17 clients and completed around 46 sessions a month.
Shortly after becoming a partner, David has increased his caseload without tremendous investment in time and money. In fact, David is currently up to 50+ clients and completing 100+ sessions per month. In addition, he’s expanded his clinic to add additional therapists, without tremendous investment in time and money.
